Cancellations must be made at a minimum of 48 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. No call, no-shows will be required to pay a fee equal to the total of your previously scheduled services before being able to book again. If you show up to your appointment exhibiting symptoms of being sick, you will be asked to reschedule and will still be responsible for your service total.
